NABARD Grade A Eligibility Criteria 2025
1. Assistant Manager (RDBS) – General Discipline
- Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University/Institution with at least 60% marks (or 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates), OR
- Postgraduate Degree / MBA / PGDM with minimum 55% marks (or 50% for SC/ST/PwBD), OR
- CA / CS / ICWA / Ph.D. from a recognized institution under GOI/UGC.
2. Chartered Accountant (CA)
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution, and
- Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- The ICAI membership must be valid and obtained before the closing date of the application.
3. Finance Discipline
- BBA (Finance/Banking) or BMS (Finance/Banking) with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD), OR
- Two-year full-time PGDM (Finance) or MBA (Finance) from a university/institution recognized by the Government of India/UGC, OR
- Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis (BFIA) with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
4. Computer / Information Technology
- Four-year B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, Instrumentation, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD), OR
- Postgraduate Degree in related fields (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, etc.) with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD), OR
- Graduation with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) plus DOEACC ‘B’ Level certification.
5. Agriculture
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture with minimum 60% marks (55% for PwBD), OR
- Two-year full-time Postgraduate Degree in Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with 55% marks (50% for PwBD).
6. Animal Husbandry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science / Animal Husbandry with 60% marks (55% for PwBD), OR
- Postgraduate Degree in the same disciplines with 55% marks (50% for PwBD).
7. Fisheries
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries Science with 60% marks (55% for ST/PwBD), OR
- Postgraduate Degree in Fisheries Science with 55% marks (50% for ST/PwBD).
8. Civil Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/PwBD), OR
- Postgraduate Degree in Civil Engineering with 55% marks (50% for SC/PwBD).
9. Electrical Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks (55% for PwBD), OR
- Postgraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering with 55% marks (50% for PwBD).
10. Geo-Informatics
- B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. in Geoinformatics with 60% marks (55% for PwBD), OR
- M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc. in Geoinformatics with 55% marks (50% for PwBD).
11. Forestry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry with 60% marks (55% for SC/PwBD), OR
- Postgraduate Degree in Forestry with 55% marks (50% for SC/PwBD).
12. Food Processing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Processing / Food Technology with 60% marks (55% for PwBD), OR
- Postgraduate Degree in the same fields with 55% marks (50% for PwBD).
13. Statistics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics with 60% marks (55% for PwBD), OR
- Postgraduate Degree in Statistics with 55% marks (50% for PwBD).
14. Plantation / Horticulture
- Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture with 60% marks (55% for PwBD), OR
- Postgraduate Degree in Horticulture with 55% marks (50% for PwBD).
15. Development Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Rural Management, Development Studies, Development Administration, Economics, or Development Economics with 60% marks (55% for ST/PwBD), OR
- Postgraduate Degree in any of the above fields with 55% marks (50% for ST/PwBD).
16. Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science with 60% marks (55% for ST/PwBD), OR
- Postgraduate Degree in the same discipline with 55% marks (50% for ST/PwBD).
17. Human Resource Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline AND
- Two-year full-time Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Human Resource, Human Resource Development, or Labour Law with 60% marks (55% for SC/PwBD).
🗣️ Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (Rajbhasha Service)
Candidates applying for Rajbhasha posts must fulfill one of the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or Hindi (medium of instruction) from a recognized university with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects and 60% marks (55% for SC/PwBD)
AND
a PG Diploma in Translation (Hindi–English & English–Hindi) of at least one year from a recognized university.
Applicants must have studied both English and Hindi for at least two years during graduation.
OR
- Master’s Degree in Hindi with 60% marks (55% for SC/PwBD) and English as a main/elective subject for at least two years in graduation.
OR
- Master’s Degree in English with 60% marks (55% for SC/PwBD) and Hindi as a main/elective subject for at least two years in graduation.
